Ingredients

• 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
• 2 tbsp Throw It On Everything seasoning
• 4 burger buns
• 4 slices American cheese
• Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Divide beef into 4 loosely packed balls.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat.
  3. Place beef balls on the hot surface and smash thin.
  4. Season generously with Throw It On Everything.
  5. Cook 2-3 minutes until a crust forms.
  6. Flip, season lightly again, and add cheese.
  7. Cook 1 minute more.
  8. Toast buns and assemble with your favorite toppings.
