Ingredients
• 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
• 2 tbsp Throw It On Everything seasoning
• 4 burger buns
• 4 slices American cheese
• Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, burger sauce
Instructions
- Divide beef into 4 loosely packed balls.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat.
- Place beef balls on the hot surface and smash thin.
- Season generously with Throw It On Everything.
- Cook 2-3 minutes until a crust forms.
- Flip, season lightly again, and add cheese.
- Cook 1 minute more.
- Toast buns and assemble with your favorite toppings.
